Complete Later Button is missing on the New Expense Reports Page using an Employee Center Role

User needs an Administrator role or any role that has the permission to access the Accounting Preferences page.

1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences

2. Click on Approval Routing subtab

3. Uncheck the box for the Expense Reports field

4. Click Save

Switch to an Employee Center role and click on Enter Expense Reports. The Complete Later button appears.

Note: The Expense Reports field is checked if the user uses SuiteFlow to process expense approvals. The Complete Later function could be customized in the workflow.
