1. Install the NetSuite ODBC Driver
2. Open DB Visualizer and create database connection (on the menu select Database > Create Database Connection) and choose "No Wizard"
3. Create the Database Connection properties and set the necessary values as seen below (the Data Source would correspond to the Data Source name created after installing the ODBC driver; username and password refers to the NetSuite username and password) and click "Connect"
