1. Create a custom list in Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Lists > New. Enter the various division/classification names.
2. Create a custom transaction body field in Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Field > New
List/Record=Select the custom list created in #1.
Applies to Tab: Mark off the appropriate transaction type where you would like this be able to see this field.
Display tab: Subtab=Main
3. User should now be able to see this field on the transaction forms that you would like to classify. This field should appear as an option to filter information on reports where applicable transactions are shown..
