Custom Field not available under Transaction System Notes

Transaction System Notes are used to review changes made to an individual transaction that store details about each change done to a record.

Transaction record > System Information > System Notes subtab.

By default, System Notes for the transaction fields are listed.

If a Custom Field does not show then users may have only View Permissions for that Custom Field.

Edit level of Permission is needed to view a Custom Field under Transaction System notes.

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Select Custom Field Type > Edit the custom field.
2. Select Access subtab.
3. Check the Role and Department columns, Access Level needs to be at least Edit level.
