Customer Service Reports > filter by Employee Type such as Contractor, Owner, Regular Employee

User wanted to filter Open/Closed Case Analysis reports by Employee to separate cases. This is possible using a Saved Case Search.  


1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Search > New > Case.

2. Criteria tab > Select the Employee Fields...

3. In the Employee Filter pop-up, select Type.

4. Choose to Filter any of Contractor, Exempt, Officer, Owner, Regular Employee, Statutory Employee.

5. Click Set.

6. Preview the search.


Note : Enhancement 256644 has been filed to Expose the Employee:Type field in the Open/Closed Case Analysis reports.
