Journal Entries are not available on Customer Profitability Report

User creates a Customer Profitability Report by going to Reports > Customers/Receivables > Customer Profitability. However, journal entries are not available on the report.

To resolve the issue, check the following:

·         Check if Journal is excluded from Sales Reports:

1.    Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences.

2.    Go to Items/Transactions tab > Sales & Pricing section.

3.    Transaction Types to Exclude from Sales Reports = Journal.

 

·         Check the filters on the report.

1.    If there is an Item and/or Item Type set as a filter, this will filter out journal entries from displaying since items cannot be associated to any journal entries.
