Show value using Message Element on Packing Slip Layout

End user is asking how to populate a value on the Message Element showing on the Packing Slip PDF Layout on Setup > Customization Layout where on the Item Fulfillment there is no Message field.

The Message Element is getting the field value from the Sales Order > Commucation tab > Customer Message where the Item Fulfillment is being issued.
