Step 2 of Matrix Item Assistant: Create Item Property List Continuously Loads and Does Not Allow User to Select or Create a List

SCENARIO:

User is unable to enter a Property Value in Step 2 when creating a Matrix Item via the Matrix Item Assistant as the page continuous to load and neither does it allow using an existing list.

 

 

RATIONALE:

User's role needs to have Custom Lists permission with permission level of 'Edit' or higher to be able to load the page.

To add this permission:

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit/Customize the target role.

2. In the Permissions tab > Setup subtab > Add Custom List with at least Edit Level access.

3. Click Save.
