1. Incorrect Deposit Frequency or Schedule set up in the NetSuite system
- Navigate to Setup> Payroll> Set Up Payroll> Jurisdictions

2. Incorrect rates
- Navigate to Setup> Payroll> Set Up Payroll>Taxes

3. Incorrect or bad ID numbers
- This pertains to the format and details of Account Numbers
- Navigate to Setup> Payroll> Set Up Payroll> Jurisdictions

After checking the items above and making the necessary changes:

1. Update Payroll Information
- Navigate to Setup> Payroll> Update Payroll Information

2. Send the tax notice to Support.

- One case should be submitted for each tax notice for proper documentation and easy tracking.
- Normal turnaround time with Ceridian is 4-6 weeks.
- Ceridian will notify the client directly via US Mail for the resolution.
- If no response from Ceridian has been received after 6 weeks, please contact Support to follow up.
