Web Services > getDataCenterUrls operation returns production/live Urls for a Test Drive Account (TSTDRV) account

When performing the Web Services operation getDataCenterUrls against a Test Account the returned Urls are that of a live/production account.

That is, system.netsuite.com when system.na1.netsuite.com Urls should be returned.

The two likely causes of this are:

  1. The incorrect account number is being used. The account number must be confirmed.
  2. The account number is being entered in lower case (tstdrv...).  This needs to be capitalized (TSTDRV...)
