Create new version in Adaptive Insights > generates "An error occurred while communicating with the server. Please retry or refresh the page if the error persists"
Typically, when a user receives this error, it is because the initial balance for an account would be invalid in the new version due to a formula error. To identify the formula error, run a Validate Formulas report from the Administration screen > Build and Configure Model section. Once formula error/s is/are corrected, user will be able to create a new version.
