Dependent Dropdown Field is blank when selecting a specific category
Users may encounter a blank dropdown lists on a Dependent Dropdown Field if the contents of the list is more than 10. The solution is to adjust the Maximum Entries in Dropdowns to make the contents of the list be visible for user selection:
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > General Preferences > Maximum Entries in Dropdowns = 50.
3. Select the Dependent Dropdown field and it will be able to show the corresponding values instead of a blank value.
