Most often, companies will have only one Accounts Payable account. For companies with multiple Accounts Payable accounts, users can change the account on the Company Bank record through the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payments > Setup > Bank Details.
2. Click Edit next to the name of the Company Bank record.
3. On the EFT Template Details tab, change the chosen Accounts Payable. (Note: This is only available when Process Bills Automatically is checked).
