Make the Declared Value box to be Unmarked by Default when Fulfilling Orders

When fulfilling orders, the Declared Value checkbox is marked. To have this unchecked by default, follow these steps:

1.    Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Shipping.

2.    Go to Preferences tab.

3.    Under Carrier Basics section, unmark the Insure Packages box.

4.    Hit Submit.

Fulfill new orders and go to Packages tab. The Declared Value checkbox should now be unmarked.
