Mass Update the Status Field of a Case Record

To be able to mass update the standard case "Status" field, please see the steps below.

1. Navigate to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates

2. On the Action column, expand Customer Support and Service and select Change Case Status

3. On the Change Status to field, select the new status.

4. In the Criteria tab, identify the correct filter to use to pull those cases that you need to update.

5. Click Preview to check if the list is correct

6. When ready, click Perform Update
