The Check part of the printout is blank but the Voucher has information with the Check Number. The Customer is using a Custom PDF Check Layout.

Transactions > Management > Print Checks and Forms > Checks > Check Type = Voucher. The Check part of the printout is blank but the Voucher has information with the Check Number. The Customer is using a Custom PDF Check Layout.

1. Navigate to Customization> Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layout.
2. Click on the Edit link of the Custom Check Layout used.
3. Check if the Page Height is within the Standard Check Layout's Page Height of 3.6667.
