After the upgrade to the Last Sales Activity (1.06.0) custom roles can no longer see the Last Sales Activity join fields on the Criteria and Result tabs.
On Last Sales Activity version 1.06.0, the LSA field which used to be a custom field was converted in to a custom record type. As such, the user will need permission to view a custom record type to be able to use this field on the search. You may refer to the steps below:
1. On your Admin account, go to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit the Custom Role.
2. Go to Permissions > Lists and add the "Custom Record Entries" permission with the Full access level.
3. Save the changes.
