Add fields on the Contact Subtab of the Customer Record

To add more fields under the Contact Subtab users need to customize the preferred Contact Entry Form.

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.

2. Edit/Customize the preferred Contact Form.

3. Under the Fields tab check the Quick Add for the fields to be shown on the Subtab.

4. Save.

Open a new Customer Record then under the Contact tab the fields should now show up. In case the fields does not show on the form then try clearing the browser cache to refresh the form.
