Blanket Period Start Date is not saving for International UPS Fulfillment

As per Field Level Help Guide on International Shipment:

"The International tab appears on fulfillment forms only when UPS is selected. The data you provide on this subtab is used to generate international forms, such as the Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) and NAFTA Certificate of Origin."
Blanket Period Start Date:

"Enter the start date for the blanket period of up to one year that the applicable North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Certificate of Origin is in effect."

Blanket Period End Date:

"Enter the expiration date for the NAFTA Certificate of Origin."

The information provided here varies and NetSuite do not have the information for these fields. Please call UPS for further details on how to get these information.

Note: There's no record to put the default blanket period dates. Users would need to manually put it in the international tab of the item fulfillment page. The only way to skip the international shipping details is to uncheck the "Integrated Shipping label" box on the item fulfillment screen or on the shipping item record. Doing so, NetSuite will not send a label request to UPS but will still be able to generate realtime rates. This is an option for users who generate shipping labels through UPS Worldship or outside NetSuite.

Alternate Solution:

1. Edit Item Fulfillment
2. Uncheck  Integrated Shipping Label checkbox
3.Enter the Blanket Period Start Date
4. Click Save
