Count of Messages Sent by Sales Reps in a Month

Please do the following steps:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New 

2. Select Message
 
3. Enter a Search Title

4. On the Criteria tab, add the following Filters:
 
Author is *select the names of the Sales Reps
Date is within this month

3. On the Results tab, set the following :
 
Sort By = Author
 
Field: Author
Summary Type: Group
 
Field: Internal ID
Summary Type: Count
 
5. Click Save
