Create a custom transaction field that will list all employees who can be paid commissions

User would like to know employees who are eligible for commission when creating transactions.

To create the list, perform the following:

1. Login as Administrator.

2. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Entity Fields/ Transaction Body Fields > New.

3. Enter a value for Label.

4. Type = List/Record.

5. List/Record = Employee.

6. Store Value checkbox is checked.

7. Under the Applies To tab, check the box for the record type that this field will apply.

8. On Display tab > Subtab = Main.

9. Under Sourcing & Filtering tab > Filter Using Column, select Eligible for Commission.

10. Under Is Checked column, check the box.

11. Click Save.
