1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Customer.
3. Criteria tab, add the following filter:
- Campaign Response fields : Response Detail = Opened (Campaign Response fields : Response = Opened is not available anymore)
To create a Saved Search that shows Customers who opened the Email Campaign for the purpose of making a list of callbacks for a marketing effort:
1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Customer.
3. In the Criteria subtab, add Filters:
- Campaign Response fields : Response = is Sent
- Campaign Response fields : Response Detail = is Opened
4. In the Results subtab, add preferred fields.
5. Save & Run.
