When customizing the Picking Ticket form, the standard Partner field found on sales orders is not available for printing. As an alternate solution, a custom element can be added for printing in the Picking Ticket PDF Layout:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layouts.
2. Customize the preferred Picking Ticket.
3. Click Add Custom Element.
4. Provide an Element Name.
5. Under Choose Element(s) list, click on Partner. Make sure the Element Text box only shows {partner}.
6. Mark the Show Label checkbox and click OK.
7. Adjust the location of the custom element and click Save.
