Fax Message: Cover Page is not Sent

Make sure that the option is enabled:

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Printing & Fax.
2. On the Printing & Fax Preferences page > Fax tab, ensure that the Send Cover Page checkbox is enabled.
3. Click Save.

Contact the service provider if cover page is still not being sent after making the changes
