How to create a duplicate Customer Record

If Auto-Generated Numbers is not enabled:  

1. Lists> Relationships > Customers
2. Edit Customer Record
3. Change/Update the name of the Record
4. Click Save As.

If Auto-Generated Numbers is enabled:

1. Lists> Relationships > Customers
2. Edit Customer Record
3. Change/Update the name of the Record
4. Mouse over More Actions
4. Select Make Copy
