Images from bulk merge emails are not displaying correctly in Outlook

When sending bulk mail from NetSuite, the recipient's from the sender's domain could not view the images on their Outlook/Exchange accounts. The images are suppressed even if the pictures are uploaded in the file cabinet and available without login. This happens regardless if Campaign domain is used or not.

This usually happens when the local exchange server has a configuration that suppresses images for security reasons. If the server detects that the email came from the customer's domain but was sent from a different server, the images are automatically prevented from loading and sometimes a URL pointing to a local server path is displayed instead of the image URL uploaded in NetSuite.


To resolve the issue, contact your Local IT.
