Reallocate Items Page still shows firmed quantities on Sales Order

The Reallocate Items does not look into the Commitment Confirmed Column and will allow users to manually override the Commitment Order Preferences and Commitment Confirmed Column. You may restrict user access to this page if you do not intend to give them the ability to manually specify. They can always use the Commit Orders Page which respects Commitment Order Preferences and Commitment Confirmed Column.
