Saved Search to Display Invoices by Customer and Sales Reps With a Footer Filter To Type in Customer Name

Navigate to Lists > Search > SavedSearches > New > Select Transaction.

Criteria tab > Standardsubtab:

  • Type = is Invoice
  • Date = specify a date range to limit results.
  • Main Line = is true (yes).

Results tab > Columnssubtab:

  • Add Customer/Project Fields... > Name
  • Add Sales Rep
  • Add Number
  • Add Amount

Note: Ensure Show Totals box is checked.

Available Filters tab:

  • Add Date.  Check Show in Footer box.
  • Add Customer/Project Fields... > Name/ID. Check Show in Footer box.

Click Save & Run.
