Some users Encounter the Message "No Data Available" when drilling down on a report
When only a specific user encounters the message "No Data Available" when drilling down on a report, ask the user to do the following troubleshooting steps:
- Run the affected report
- Drill down into an amount
- On the resulting detail report, click on "More" found at the footer of the report
- Click on the Class footer filter
- Un-check the "All" box
- Check the "All" box again
- Click OK
- Repeat for the other footer filters (i.e. Department, Location)
- Click Refresh
