Where to see or view the FedEx COD amount and know the influence of different freight methods on the total COD amount

To view the COD amount you must go to the Item Fulfillment > Packaging tab > COD Amount.

The COD amount will vary depending on the Freight Charge Added to COD Amount. Listed below are the different method of Freight Charges:

Shipping Charge - Adds a shipping, or transportation, charge. For use with orders with one package.

COD Charge - Adds FedEx's COD surcharge. For use with orders with one package.

Total Charge - Adds both the Shipping Charge and other surcharges, such as the declared value surcharge, fuel surcharge, handling charges and taxes. For use with orders with one package.

Order Charge Total - Adds Shipping Charge and other charges for all packages. For use with more than one package.

Order Charge Net - Adds Shipping Charge for all packages. For use with more than one package.
