Change Subject of Transaction Emails via Transaction > Communication/Messages tab > Email button

The Subject for emailed Transactions using "To Be Emailed" is defaulting to "Company Name: Form Title {number}". The Company Name and the Form Title is sourced in the Transaction Form > Printing Fields tab > Header subtab:

• Company Name
• Form Title

Users can rename the Company Name field and Form Title, which changes only the Email Subject using when using the To Be Emailed function. More information regarding this can be found in the following articles:

• SA Article ID: 34724 - Change the "YYYY" part of "Company Name: YYYY SO#" Subject of Emails send via "To Be Emailed" checkbox from Transactions > Communication subtab.

If users would like to send email using the Transaction > Communication/Messages tab > Email button, the subject Company Name is sourced from Setup > Company > Company Information details.
