Differences of Type of Statement to Attach when Emailing Customers

On the Type dropdown, the options and their differences are:

1. Inline - Above  (The statement is imbedded within the email message at the top portion)
2. Inline - Below (The statement is imbedded within the email message at the lower portion )
3. Default (The statement is an attachment using the preferred statement form)
4. HTML (The statement is an attachment in HTML format
5. PDF (The statement is an attachement in PDF format)
