Documents> Templates >Email Templates >New > Upload HTML Template> returns unexpected error has occured upon Save

When Marketing Automation is turned off, the Marketing Templates folder in the File Cabinet is not accessible.
This folder serves as storage for uploaded HTML templates. 
The error is returned because the HTML file being uploaded cannot be saved in the target folder (Marketing Templates).

To enable the feature:
    1. Navigate to Setup> Company> Enable Features> CRM
    2. Set Marketing Automation = T
    3. Click Save
