Feature: Pick, Pack, and Ship = T > Item Fulfillment: Date when it will take Effect Decreasing Item’s Quantity On Hand

The Item Fulfillment transaction will only be a posting transaction when its status becomes Shipped. However, it will always effect the decrease in quantity as of the Transaction Date.

For example:

Item Fulfillment #001
Date: 12/01/2013
Posting Period: December 2013

Date | Status | Posting

12/01/2013 | Picked | No
12/02/2013 | Packed | No
12/03/2013 | Shipped | Yes

Even the item was totally shipped out on 12/03/2013, the decrease in the quantity of the item will be accounted on 12/01/2013.

Moving forward, the system will still allow users to modify the transaction date as long as it is not in a closed period (Posting Period).
