Import Item Search Keywords for Webstore

In order to import Item Search Keywords for the Webstore use an Item Import and include a column titled: Search Keywords.

The format of the column should use commas and a space between each keyword.

Example: Keyword1, Keyword2, Keyword3

All Three of these keywords will be imported into the item record, search keywords field and can be used in the Webstore to search for the item.

Steps to Import:

1. Create CSV file with the following columns: Item Id and Search Keywords.
2. Go to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records.
3. Select the following options:
- Import Type = Items
- Record Type = Non-inventory Item for Resale
4. Click the Select button then choose the CSV file that you would like to import.
5. Click the Next button.
6. Select Update for the Data Handling.
7. Click the Next button.
8. Map the fields: Item Internal ID and Search Keywords
9. Click the Next button.
10. Input a descriptive Import Map Name for tracking purposes.
11. Click Save and Run.
