Inventory Distribution shows Items with Negative Quantities

Inventory Distribution can only be done on Active Inventory Items with positive quantities. However, there may be some instances that the Inventory Distribution Record may show Inventory Items with negative quantities. Please check if there are Inventory Affecting Transactions that are dated after the Inventory Distribution. These deletions may leave the Inventory Distribution to show negative quantities. To know the original quantities that were distributed, users may run Inventory Activity Detail Report via Reports > Inventory/Items > Inventory Activity Detail. The Quantity shown for Inventory Distribution shows the original (unadjusted) quantity that was distributed.
