One World > Cannot see Marketing Campain in Reports

When running Reports for a particular date range, some Marketing Campaigns are not visible for users.

Answer:  Marketing Campaigns are not subsidiary restricted.  They will follow the Timezone of the Users Subsidiary that executed the Campaign itself.

Subsidiaries have their own Timezone set under the Preferences tab > Timezone.

Example:  When a user runs a Marketing Campaign in EST on January 31, then a user in an advanced timezone will recognize this Marketing Campaign as run on Feb 1.

Solution:

The date filters for reports should take into consideration the different Timezones when using date Filters.  

The user can either expand the report scope to cover the Marketing Campaign time or change his Timezone to mirror that of the one who ran the Campaign.
