NetSuite Support Center does not provide support for Outlook 2.0 Integration anymore. New version of NetSuite for Outlook Integration has been released. With this also came up new version of NetSuite of Outlook bundle.
Therefore, it is recommended to upgrade NetSuite for Outlook to the latest version as NetSuite Support Center will not investigate new issues, defects and problems related to Outlook Integration 2.0.
