Resolve Error: Your company has not yet purchased or set up the NetSuite Financial Planning Module.

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.


A.  Account ID is the same with the NetSuite Account

1. Login into Adaptive Insights (www.adaptiveplanning.com)

2. Navigate to Integration > NetSuite Setup

3. Set the Account ID to be the same with the NetSuite Account

 

B. Same Email Address should be set on the login information

1. In Adaptive Planning, navigate to Admin > Edit User

2. Click Edit on the user

3. On the Edit User page > User Details section, there are two login information - one is Login (Adaptive) and the other is NetSuite Login Email. NetSuite Login Email should have the same email address with the login used in NetSuite.

 

Access the Financial Planning tab in NetSuite and the Financial Planning links should be accessed without receiving the error message.
