Show Liability Account on the Sales Tax Liability by Tax Agency

Currently, user cannot show the Tax Liability account used in the transaction for the Sales Tax Liability by Tax Agency as the Tax Liability folder fields are used on a transaction level.
 
As an alternate solution , user can customize the sales tax liability by tax item report:
1. Navigate to Reports > Vendors/Payables > Sales Tax Liability by Item > Customize.
2. On the Edit Columns tab:
   a. Click on the Tax Liability folder
   b. Choose the Account (Line) folder
   c. Choose Name 
   d. Click on the Tax Agency folder
   e. Choose Tax Agency (first one)
   f. Set this additional column to be at the leftmost column of the report and group it together with the Tax Item
3. On the Filters tab:
   a. Set the date range on the Tax Liability: Date
   b. Click on the Tax Liability folder
   c. Choose the Account (Line) folder
   d. Filter the report to only show tax accounts.
