Create a Report of Voided Checks

The following are the steps to prepare a report of voided checks:

1. Navigate to Reports > New Search > Transactions.

2. Under the Criteria tab, please set the following:

Type = is any of Bill Payment, Check
Status = is any of Bill Payment: Voided, Check: Voided

3. On the Results tab, you can add the following fields as options:

Name
Document Number
Date
Type
Status

4. You can add additional headers depending on the information that you need.

5. Give the saved search a title and click on Save and Run.
