Custom Role has no Option to Include Transactions in Email

To enable the option to Include Transactions as an email, the custom Role must have Track Messages permission.

1.    Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit the Role.

2.    Permissions tab > Lists Sub tab > add Track Messages and set permission level to at least Edit.

3.    Save.

Adding this Permission add the following options:

Attach Document Template

Include Transaction

Type (Default, PDF, HTML)
