Item Fulfillments Saved Search with Unfulfilled Item Lines

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New

2. Select Transaction link

3. Set the following under Criteria tab > Standard subtab:

         Main Line is True

         Type is Item Fulfillment

         Applied to Transaction Fields … Type is Sales Order

         Applied to Transaction Fields … Status is any of Sales Order: Partially Fulfilled, Sales Order: Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled

          Status is Item Fulfillment: Shipped

 

4. Under Results tab > Columns subtab, add following fields (choose others based on your preference):

          Applied to Transaction Fields … Number

         Applied to Transaction Fields … Status

 5. Enter a Search Title

 6. Click Save & Run
