Renewal Contract Record>Contract Item Tab has no value under the Perpetual Item field.

 The following should always be considered for the Perpetual Item field to be populated:

 

• Maintenance/Support Type field should have a value on the Maintenance Item Record

• The Product Line of the Perpetual Item and the Maintenance Item accompanying it should be the same.
