Functions of the different Save button drop downs on a Case record:
A. Save - If users click on this, the record is saved and the screen retains the record in View mode.
B. Save & Edit - If users click on this, the record is saved and the screen retains the record in Edit mode.
C. Save & Same - If users click on this, the record is saved and the screen shows a new Case form for the same Customer.
D. Save & New - If users click on this, the record is saved and the screen shows a new blank Case form with no Customer yet.
E. Save & Next - If users click on this, the record is saved and the screen shows the next Case record in the series in Edit mode.
