Saved Item Search > Date Converted to Inventory is not an available field

Date Converted to Inventory field is shown under System Information subtab of an inventory item record. This is only shown once a non-inventory item is converted to inventory. Currently, this field is not available in saved searches. To create a saved item search to show all non-inventory items which were converted to inventory, follow the detailed steps below:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Item.

2. Under Criteria subtab, enter the following:

Type: Inventory Item

System Notes Fields..Type: Change

System Notes Fields..Field: Item Type

3. Under Results subtab, enter the following:

System Notes Fields...Old Value

System Notes Fields...New Value

System Notes Fields...Date

4. Enter a Search Title and hit Save.
