Unexpected Error after Submitting an Order on a Sandbox Web Store

On a Sandbox web store, NetSuite does not send thevalidation request through the credit card processor unless it's a sandboxprocessor like PayPal. To avoid getting an error (An Unexpected error has occurred.Please contact support.) when checking out on a Sandbox web store, check thefollowing settings:

1. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Shopping tab and un-check REQUIRE AUTHORIZATION FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS.
2. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Payment Processing Profiles > Edit Credit Card Processing Profile > check TEST MODE.
