Quantity-based Price Levels do not Appear on Service for Sale or Resale Item Records

Quantity-based Price Levels (bracket), found under the Sales/Pricing tab of an item record, allow users to set different prices per quantity sold. Sometimes, these quantity brackets do not appear on Service for Sale or Resale item records. This happens because user turned on a feature called "Per-Employee Billing Rates" which can be found under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Employees tab. This feature is not compatible with Quantity Pricing for service items and will not appear on the item record.
