- Even with the SuiteApp installed, It is not possible to drag and drop emails or files from Microsoft Outlook directly to an edit mode of a record page in NetSuite.
- From Microsoft Outlook, if you try to click and drag an email or a file attached to an email, you will see that the mouse cursor will turn to a No symbol / Prohibitory sybol.
Solution: Save the email or file attachment first to your desktop before utilizing the File Drag and Drop SuiteApp.
