Process Previously Created Transactions for Inactive Customers

Users ask if they can still be process previous transactions for Inactive Customers.

Answer:
Yes, the effect is progressive which means for all transactions created before the customer status was set to inactive, can still be processed.
 
Transactions created prior to the inactivation of customers are treated like they were created from an active customer. If an invoice is created, the same is displayed in the Aging report and AR register. If a sales order is created, the status of the sales order is either Pending Approval or Pending Fulfillment. On the other hand, Cash sales may be deposited.

However, users may still create a transaction for Inactive Customers. See Answer Id: 14376 - Create Sales Order, Invoice or Cash Sale for
